Welcome to the website and digital membership system of the Association for the Advancement of Aviation Workers in Israel (R.A.), registration no. 580647493 ("the Association", "the Site"). Use of the Site and personal account area is subject to the terms set out in this document. Using the Site constitutes agreement to these terms.

Who may join

Membership in the Association is open to aviation workers in Israel, subject to criteria set by the Association from time to time. The Association reserves the right to approve, delay, or decline any membership request at its discretion.

The personal account area

The personal account area is intended for the member's own personal use. Members must keep their login credentials confidential and notify the Association if they suspect unauthorized use of their account.

Site content and information

Information presented on the Site, including updates regarding the class action against El Al, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute individual legal advice. Site content should not be relied upon as a substitute for personalized legal or professional advice.

Legal proceedings

Membership in the Association or use of the Site does not constitute a commitment regarding the outcome, eligibility, or scope of any compensation in legal proceedings conducted or to be conducted by the Association, including the class action. Specific details regarding eligibility and participation in such proceedings will be determined separately with the legal representatives involved.

Intellectual property

All rights in the Site's content, including text, design, and logo, belong to the Association or to third parties who have licensed their use to it, and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

The Association works to ensure the Site's availability and proper functioning, but does not guarantee continuous, error-free availability, and is not liable for damage arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Changes to these terms

The Association may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after an update is published constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
