User Guide
Everything you need to know about the personal area and services, aligned with the current website interface.
Personal area home
After signing in, the new home screen brings together your membership status, requests that need attention, available services and association updates. On desktop the navigation stays in the side panel; on mobile it opens from the ☰ menu. The greeting at the top follows the local time on your device, so it remains appropriate while travelling, and the displayed name is taken first from your association member profile.
Join and sign in
Join through the registration form on the website. Start typing your role and the system can suggest a standardized role classification when there is a strong match. If you have never worked for an airline, you can select that explicitly and describe your relationship to the association.
Sign in to the personal area with Google or with a secure login link sent by email. There is no permanent password to remember.
My salary path
The service shows the salary path relevant to your airline, role, profile details and the collective agreements that have been verified. When your employment start date is available, the system can mark your current stage in the path.
If the start date is missing, you can add it directly on this screen. If an official base salary table has not yet been verified, the site shows only verified percentage changes and does not guess a shekel amount. Testers at supported airlines can also see source-verified tables that remain clearly marked as early access until Production certification.
What am I entitled to?
The service uses your employment profile to tailor answers to your airline, role, seniority and relevant agreements. Regular members currently see Soon. A tester approved by an admin sees the full service in the same location with an Early access label. Questions and results are scoped to the airline and population in the profile; ambiguous cases are routed for review rather than guessed.
From a right to action: when an answer suggests that the employer may be acting differently from the agreement, the service can guide you through a short fact-finding interview before drafting anything. It asks only relevant facts, lets you confirm the summary, compares the situation with the applicable agreement rules, and only then offers a copyable HR email, association review, or a request for an official association letter. Drafts cite human-readable agreement names and exact sections; nothing is sent automatically.
Payslip Whisperer
This service compares payslips with rights and agreements and flags possible errors, omissions or violations. Regular members currently see Soon. A tester approved by an admin can upload payslips and run the check from the personal area.
My requests
Open a request to the association team and review the history of requests and replies. Before sending, choose a topic such as a rights question, payslip, website issue, suggestion, tester request or other. When a website service needs human follow-up, related updates may also appear here.
My documents
This area brings together files the association has shared with you. Personal documents can appear alongside general documents that are relevant to members.
Member card
The member card shows your name, role, airline, membership status and join date. You can save it as an image or share it on devices that support file sharing.
Update details
Update your name, role, airline, sector where relevant, industry status, employment type, actual employment start date, phone number and notes. The role field provides smart suggestions, while the wording you originally entered is preserved.
A personalized link from the association may open this section directly when we need you to complete or confirm your role classification.
Votes
When the association opens a vote for a relevant group of members, it appears here. You can vote for or against and, in most cases, change your choice while the vote remains open. Published results are shown as aggregate totals.
Class action tracker
This screen shows the current stage of the class-action process and the update log published by the association, so members can see the latest status without searching through older notices.
Refer a member
Share the association joining link with colleagues, including a ready-made WhatsApp share or another sharing option.
User Guide and Interactive Tour
The guided tour appears on first sign-in and now follows the current personal-area structure: home, services, requests, documents, membership, votes, class-action tracking and referrals. You can skip it at any point.
To replay it later, use “Interactive Tour” next to “User Guide” at the top of the personal area. On mobile, both tools are grouped together in the side menu. When important new features are released, returning users may receive a short “What’s new” spotlight that only shows items they have not seen yet.
Standing update rule
Hebrew and English, the User Guide and Interactive Tour are reviewed together whenever the member interface changes.
